My Accommodation

Can I choose my holiday home and its location when booking?

Yes, Siblu has an exclusive Choose Your Own service which allows you to view and selected individual holiday home. There is a small extra payment for this service.

What equipment is included in my mobile home?

On all of our Siblu holiday parks, our mobile homes are furnished. Each has a living area, kitchen, bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a fridge, gas stove, sofas, curtains, toilets, shower, beds and storage space. Pillows and duvets are provided free of charge in all types of accommodation. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, dining and garden furniture are provided but you will have to bring your own washing up equipment.Bed linen and Towel Packs can be pre-booked online for all holidays at a siblu village. We also suggest taking an alarm clock with you as we are unable to supply them and we do not provide an early morning wake-up call service. Our mobile homes do not include TVs, DVDs or games consoles. For full details of what is included, take a look at our accommodation pages.

Booking and paying for my holiday

What does the price of a holiday include?

The holiday price includes your mobile home accommodation and a Fun Pass for every member of your party for the duration of your stay (allowing you use of the pools, entry to our children's clubs, access to our sports pitches and a full programme of entertainment). Full facilities are provided throughout the entire holiday season.

Can I pay for my holiday in instalments?

At Siblu we realise that holidays can be financially stressfull. But not to worry, we're here to help. We have put together a payment plan so you can spread the cost of your holiday. With just a 20% deposit required when you book and monthly instalments after that, we aim to make your booking process hassle free.

What modes of payment are allowed by Siblu?

Payments can be made by credit or debit cards using Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, or PayPal.

How much is the booking deposit?

When you book with Siblu, the deposit makes up 20% of the total price of your booking, after all discounts.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is collected by the local municipality to finance expenditure related to tourism and environmental protection. It is not included in the price of the holiday. It is added during the checkout process and listed under the heading “Summary of my stay”. It is calculated based on the number of people in your party.

When do I have to pay my balance and will you send me a reminder?

Your balance has to be paid no more than 6 weeks before you travel. The date your balance must be paid by appears on your confirmation email, and we will not send you a further reminder of this. If we don’t receive your payment by the date your holiday could be cancelled and you could lose your deposit. You can pay for your balance anytime online using your booking number, your name and postcode provided at the time of booking.

The Customer card will be debited directly after payment, for the amount contractually due at this stage of a given transaction, unless an option for payment in several instalments has been offered and accepted by the Customer.

What is not included in the booking?

Your reservation does not include the following:
- benefits or services other than those described in the paragraph above;
- supplements related to optional paid activities;
- cancellation insurance;
- cleaning during and at the end of the stay;
- bed linen and towels;
- baby equipment;
- meals and drinks;
- administrative fees of 15 euros

When will I receive a booking confirmation?

Whether you book online or on the telephone, Siblu will send you a booking confirmation with all of your reservation details, including your booking reference number which you will need upon arrival at your Siblu, If you have not received a booking confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch.

Can Siblu book my ferries or flights?

Unfortunately ferries and flights cannot be booked directly with Siblu. View our travel page for more information on the best ways to travel to France from Ireland.

Preparing for my holiday

What is the Fun Pass?

The Siblu Fun Pass gives you access to the pool complex (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, slides, paddling pools), kids' clubs, and various sports activities and entertainment.When you book directly with Siblu, we provide you with Fun Pass free of charge to each person included in the reservation. For any other bookings, the Fun Pass will have to be paid for. For more information, take a look at our Fun Pass page.

What are the arrival and departure times at parks?

Holiday homes are available from 5pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 9am on the day of your departure.

Touring pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12pm on the day of departure.

Upon arrival, you must go to reception to check-in and collect your documents/keys. If you arrive earlier, you can collect your FunPass and enjoy the park. You can also leave later after handing over the keys on the day of departure.

During my holiday

Are activities and services provided throughout the season

We guarantee that all facilities are provided from the beginning of July to the end of August, subject to weather or maintenance restrictions. Earlier or later in the year, certain activities may not take place. Don't hesitate to get in touch for more information about specific parks.

Are there laundry facilities on campsites

All Siblu holiday parks have laundrette facilities available for a small charge. Please refer to the individual park descriptions for detailed information on site facilities.

Are barbecues allowed on site?

Yes, and the majority of our parks provide barbecue equipment. However this may depend on the which region your chosen holiday park is based in (there may be local restrictions in certain areas for fire safety reasons). We advise that you contact us to check this before you make a reservation for a specific park.

Does the Siblu team speak in English?

Yes, our reception and entertainment teams speak both English and French (or English and Dutch in our Dutch parks)

Do you offer childminding facilities?

We do not have childminding facilities on our Siblu parks. Our children's clubs are entertainment facilities, not childcare facilities. When children participate in Pirate, Barracuda and teens clubs, responsibility remains with the parents. Therefore at least one parent or guardian must remain on the park whilst the club session is running (in case of emergency). However, at the Bubbles playroom for younger children we do ask that parents stay with their children at all times.

Can we park in front of our mobile home?

Yes, most of our campsites have been designed so that you can park one car in front of your mobile home.

Is their WIFI access on park?

Yes there is a free wifi zone on all our Siblu parks. Outside of this area, you will have to pay for wifi access.

Where will my mobile home be located? Can I stay near friends?

If you have booked a 'Choose Your Own' mobile home, you can choose its location on the campsite and can choose to be next to friends and family. For all other bookings, the location of your mobile home will be communicated to you on your arrival. We will not be able to guarantee you a specific location of your choice before your arrival.

General Information

Can I bring my pet dog?

Pets are allowed in certain mobile homes on six of our holidays parks: Domaine de Soulac, Domaine de Litteau, Domaine de Kerlann, Les Dunes de Contis, Mar Estang and Les Charmettes. There is a charge of €6 per night per animal. To book a pet friendly holiday, call us on 0208 610 0186. Holidaymakers are unable to bring pets to any other Siblu holiday parks, however, pets are permitted for Siblu holiday home owners. Guide Dogs are welcome on all Siblu campsites in the specially adapted handicapped units, please get in touch for more information.

Can I bring my own tent, motorhome or touring caravan?

Practical Information

Are Siblu holiday parks and mobile homes accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Holiday parks are fully accessible, and sites have mobile homes that are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Please call our team to discuss your requirements.

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

The modify your booking:

Under the terms of our Freedom Guarantee, you can make a single request to modify your booking for no charge. Your request must be made at least 6 weeks before the start of the your holiday, and can only be accepted if it does not include a reduction in nights, and your new request is available.

The request must be made in writing and will only be deemed accepted after we have received written confirmation of this modification. Any request outside the Freedom Guarantee will be reviewed, with an administration fee of €35 charged for any changes.

In the event that the accommodation is modified by Siblu, we undertake to offer you, depending on availability, accommodation of an equivalent or higher grade.

Cancelling your booking:

Any stay that has started must be paid in full. An early departure during your holiday cannot give rise to any refund whatever the reason given.

A cancellation request must be made in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the following address: Siblu France, Reservations Department, 10 avenue Léonard de Vinci, 33600 Pessac

If no cancellation insurance has been taken out:

- Cancellation occurring more than 120 days before the start of the stay: Siblu France retains an amount equivalent to 30% of the total price of the reservation.

- Cancellation occurring between 120 days and 30 days prior to the start of the stay: Siblu France retains an amount equivalent to 50% of the total price of the reservation.

- Cancellation occurring within the four weeks preceding the start of the stay: Siblu France retains the total amount of the stay.
